RALA + RCC Host BICA on Campus for Generator Fund Grant Info Session

The Roycrofters at Large (RALA) and The Historic Roycroft Campus (RCC) will host the Buffalo Institute for Contemporary Art (BICA) in the Jerry and Barbara Castiglia Art Center on The Historic Roycroft Campus on Saturday, September 12, 2026 for a free to the public information session for local artists interested in applying for funding from the upcoming BICA Generator Fund Grant cycle.

The BICA Generator Fund is part of the Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts Regional Regranting Program, designed to reach artists, experimental collectives, independent organizers, and practitioners whose work often falls outside traditional funding models. On their website, BICA refers to the fund, “The Fund is grounded in a simple but increasingly rare premise: that visual artists deserve support to develop their practices, pursue ambitious ideas, and make great work.”

Grants from $5,000 to $10,000 are available through the program. Applications for the BICA Generator Fund are open through September 30, 2026. Representatives from BICA will present details and information and answer questions for artists considering this opportunity at 4:30 p.m. RALA is proud to assist in informing its artist public in accessing funds from BICA and The Warhol Foundation and hope to see as many as possible on Saturday.
